I'm Parfaite Koffi, founder of Vision to Brand Studio. I came up inside the beauty industry, learning how brands actually grow from the inside: product, sales, and the machinery behind the shelf. It taught me to read a business as a system, not a list of tasks, and to see the person running it just as clearly.
Most founders I work with aren't short on talent or vision. They're carrying roles they were handed, holding themselves to a standard that was never theirs, and running a business that has outgrown the systems they started with. I understand that, and I know it doesn't get solved with another to-do list. It gets solved by building something solid underneath them.
So I do both jobs at once. I hold the strategy, operations, and marketing seat, doing the tangible, visible work, while keeping sight of the bigger thing every founder is reaching for: a business that's unmistakably theirs.
