What we do & don't
We don't

Hand you a plan and walk away. We're not the consultant that just gives advice and leaves, or the marketer-for-hire running one channel while the rest of the business waits.

We do

Embed in your business and run it behind the scenes: strategy, operations, and growth, owned end to end. The work is done when the system runs without us, not when a deck gets delivered.

We don't go looking for every problem. We could find them everywhere. We find the ones standing between you and the vision you started with, and we fix those first.

The Build · Stage one

A 3–6 month engagement with a finish line.

We hold the operations seat, find the gap, and build the foundation. A fixed arc, not an open-ended retainer.

01

Diagnose: a vision-first audit

We start with the business you meant to build. Then we score what's actually there across the core areas and name the one constraint most in the way, not just the worst-scoring box.

02

Build the foundation

The infrastructure your business runs on: website, core systems, professional email and Google presence, booking and scheduling, and the essential processes, written down so they run without you.

03

Stand up growth

Once the foundation holds, we build the engine: positioning, social strategy, campaigns, and the communication that keeps customers coming back.

Done when the foundation is built, documented, and running without us. Then growth runs on top.

Who this is for

Founder-led businesses that grew past their systems.

You just stepped into ownership, and you're running a business you used to only work in.

You grew faster than your systems did, and now the cracks are starting to show.

You have the vision. You need someone to own the operations so you can lead.

Our work isn't tied to one industry. We've built for salon owners and haircare lines, daycares and law practices, mortgage brokers, retail and e-commerce, and athleisure brands. Different businesses, same foundation. The range is the proof the system travels.

Parfaite Koffi, Founder

I understand the founders I work with: what they're carrying, and what they're really reaching for.

I'm Parfaite Koffi, founder of Vision to Brand Studio. I came up inside the beauty industry, learning how brands actually grow from the inside: product, sales, and the machinery behind the shelf. It taught me to read a business as a system, not a list of tasks, and to see the person running it just as clearly.

Most founders I work with aren't short on talent or vision. They're carrying roles they were handed, holding themselves to a standard that was never theirs, and running a business that has outgrown the systems they started with. I understand that, and I know it doesn't get solved with another to-do list. It gets solved by building something solid underneath them.

So I do both jobs at once. I hold the strategy, operations, and marketing seat, doing the tangible, visible work, while keeping sight of the bigger thing every founder is reaching for: a business that's unmistakably theirs. I've done it across salons and haircare lines, daycares and law practices, mortgage brokers, retail, e-commerce, and athleisure. Different businesses, same throughline.

Because in the end, it isn't only about the business. It's about the founder behind it. That's what makes the difference.

Services

We don't sell packages. We solve what's in the way.

We know that sounds a little vague, and that's the point. Every founder, owner, and CEO is different, and so is the business they're running. There's no fixed menu that fits all of them.

So we don't start with a service. We start with your business, find what's causing the most friction or blockage right now, and work on that first. You're not buying a deliverable. You're buying the outcome.

What we solve

The range of what we can take off your plate.

Different businesses, different constraints. These are the areas we step into, and we lead with whichever one is costing you the most.

How an engagement works

Four phases, one finish line.

Every engagement follows the same arc, scaled to your business. Here's how it goes.

01
Before we start

Assess

It starts with the assessment. You tell us how the business runs today and where it's stuck. We use it to see whether we're the right fit, and where the real friction is.

02
Weeks 1 to 2

Diagnose

A vision-first audit. We score what's actually there across the core areas, name the one constraint holding the rest back, and agree on what we tackle first.

03
The heart of the engagement

Build

We hold the seat and do the work: strategy, systems, and growth. We build the foundation and document it as we go, so nothing lives only in someone's head.

04
Final weeks

Hand off

We don't linger. Once it's built, documented, and running, we hand it over, so you carry it forward without us.

The model

Embedded for a season, not forever.

Senior strategy and execution, embedded in your business, without a full-time hire, and with a defined finish line built in.

Fractional

Executive-level strategy and execution, part of the week, at a fraction of a full-time hire.

3 to 6 months

A defined arc with a clear endpoint, not an open-ended retainer that never quite finishes.

Then it's yours

We're done when the foundation is built, documented, and running. Then you carry it forward without us.

What's included

Tangible work you can see.

Every engagement is scoped to your business, so the exact mix is yours, not a fixed package. Depending on what you need, it can include:

  • A built or rebuilt website
  • Professional email and Google Business presence
  • Booking, scheduling, and payment systems
  • Documented processes and SOPs
  • Positioning, offer, and pricing clarity
  • A social and content strategy
  • Campaigns and customer communication
  • Brand voice and templates
  • A full handoff, documented so your team can run it
The first step

Not sure which one is yours?

That's exactly what the assessment is for. Tell us how your business runs today, and we'll show you where the friction is.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things founders ask most, before we ever talk numbers. If yours isn't here, the assessment is the fastest way to get a real answer for your business.

The work
What exactly is fractional business & brand strategy? +
It's senior strategy and execution across operations, systems, and growth, without a full-time hire. We embed in your business, own the outcomes, and build the systems that make it run, then hand them over. You get experienced leadership scaled to what your business actually needs.
How are you different from an agency or a consultant? +
A consultant hands you a plan and leaves. An agency runs one channel and bills you every month. We embed and own the outcome: we find what's in the way, build it, and stay until the system runs without us. Then we go.
Is this just marketing? +
No. Marketing is one piece, and it comes later. We build the operational foundation first, the systems that let the business run, then the growth engine on top. Pouring marketing on a business that can't run yet only makes the cracks show faster.
What if I only need one thing, like a website or social media? +
That happens, and it's fine. Sometimes one thing really is the constraint. But we'll always look at the whole picture first, because a website or a campaign rarely fixes a problem that actually lives somewhere else in the business.
Do you work with my existing team and tools? +
Yes. We work with what you already have wherever it makes sense, bring your team into the process, and only replace a tool when the current setup is the thing holding you back.
Do you only work in certain industries? +
No. We've worked across salons, haircare lines, daycares, law practices, mortgage brokers, retail, e-commerce, and athleisure brands. The diagnosis and the foundation travel. Different business, same approach.
Pricing & the engagement
What does it cost? +
It depends, and that's an honest answer rather than a dodge. There's no flat rate, because no two engagements are the same. Pricing is shaped by the size of your business, its revenue, and the scope of what needs to be built. Because the work is fractional, you get senior-level leadership for a fraction of what an equivalent full-time salary would cost. After the assessment, we scope the work and share clear pricing before anything begins.
Why don't you list set packages or prices? +
Because the work is shaped by your biggest constraint, not a menu. Two businesses rarely need the same thing first. We diagnose where the friction is, then scope the engagement around what will move your business most.
How long does an engagement run? +
Engagements begin with a mandatory three-month contract, the minimum it takes to build something that actually holds. In practice, most businesses need closer to a six-month engagement to get the full foundation built and running, with growth on top. Either way, there's a defined finish line: done when the foundation is built, documented, and running without us.
How do payments work? +
Engagements are a monthly investment across the time we work together. We agree on the scope and the terms up front, in writing, so there are no surprises along the way.
What happens when the engagement ends? +
You carry it forward. Everything we build is documented so your team can run it without us. We don't linger or quietly turn into a forever retainer. If you want continued support down the road, that's a separate conversation you're welcome to start.
Getting started
How do we get started? +
Fill out the client assessment. It tells us how your business runs today and where the friction is. Every engagement begins there, and it's how we find the gap before we ever quote the work.
What is the assessment, and does it cost anything? +
It's a short questionnaire about your business, and it's free. It helps us both see whether we're the right fit and where the real work is, before any money changes hands.
How involved do I have to be? +
More at the start, less as we go. Early on we'll need your time to understand the business and make decisions together. As the systems get built, the whole point is that things start running without you.
Is my business too small, or too big, for this? +
If you're founder-led and the business has outgrown the way it's currently run, you're in the right place. We've worked with brand-new owners and established businesses alike. The assessment is the fastest way to know for sure.
Do you work remotely or in person? +
Both. We're based in Montréal and work with founders wherever they are, in person when it helps and remotely when it doesn't.
Do you work in English and French? +
Yes, in both.
Is my information kept confidential? +
Always. Anything you share in the assessment or the work stays between us, and we're glad to sign an NDA if you'd like one in place.
